Grounded Ogbono

Dried bush mango seeds also called grounded Ogbono is obtained by harvesting the bush mango seed, it is
split to obtain a pearly white ovoid core which is dried in the sun. The kernel is then crushed into a
powdery form and used as a food thickener. The ogbono soup is very good and is consumed a lot in Africa.
